Calling All Creatives

Whether you're obsessed with making music, constantly creating, love to sing but have no songs yet, enjoy collaborating, or simply wish you had a real support team behind you — this is your moment.

Youbble Records is an independent US-based record label empowering local and diaspora artists through a complete ecosystem of artist development, global distribution, and music publishing.

If you're an emerging creative, a "not-so-sure" bathroom or bedroom performer, a songwriter and composer, or a seasoned artist ready for the next level — and you're looking for a platform to help you produce your music, elevate your craft, distribute globally, and publish your work — you're in the right place.

    Frequently Asked Questions

Key expectations for artists and collaborators working with Youbble Records.

Is Youbble Records a one-size-fits-all label?

No. Youbble Records operates as a creative support system, not a traditional label factory. The team works best with artists who understand that timelines, needs, and growth paths vary by project and individual.

Who is the support system designed for?

Youbble Records is built for creatives who are serious about their music journey and need access to resources to bring projects to life.

It is also for creatives who want to stay focused on making music while trusted collaborators help support production, release, and growth stages.

What should artists understand before joining?
    • Building and sustaining a music career takes time and consistency.
    • Handling every role alone is demanding and often not sustainable long-term.
    • Every contributor involved in a release invests time, skill, and creative energy.
    • Everyone contributing to the work should be fairly incentivized.
What is the artist relationship structure?

Artists sign on as resident artists for specific contracted songs, not as employees of Youbble Records.

The arrangement does not create an employer-employee relationship and does not guarantee future contracts.

    How does financial transparency work?
    • Youbble Records does not charge artists for contracts.
    • A recoupable onboarding deposit may be used to confirm commitment and responsible use of shared resources.
    • Youbble Records will never take a higher revenue share than the artist on contracted work.
What should I expect from the overall journey?

The creative and release process can include delays, revisions, setbacks, and learning curves.

Youbble Records exists to provide structure, guidance, and support through those challenges, not to promise overnight success.

What does Youbble Records not guarantee?

Youbble Records provides access, guidance, coordination, and creative infrastructure.

It does not guarantee virality, chart placement, streaming numbers, or income levels. Success still depends on timing, audience response, consistency, and artist participation.

How important is artist accountability and participation?
    • Timely communication, responsiveness, and preparation directly affect project outcomes.
    • Missed deadlines, lack of engagement, or incomplete deliverables may delay or pause progress.
    • Artists are expected to actively participate in creative decisions related to their work.
    How does creative control work?

Youbble Records respects the artist’s creative identity and vision while offering strategic, production, or market-driven feedback in good faith.

Feedback is part of collaboration, not an attempt to override artistry. Final creative decisions may still be shaped by agreed project goals and available resources.

What is the scope of support?

    Support is project-based, not unlimited.

It only applies to songs or projects explicitly covered under contract. Additional songs, services, or revisions outside that scope may require a new agreement.

What standards of conduct are expected?
    • Communicate respectfully and professionally.
    • Address disagreements constructively.
    • Avoid behavior that damages trust, reputation, or collaborative relationships.
Can artists work independently outside contracted songs?

Yes. Artists remain free to release independent music outside contracted songs unless a specific agreement says otherwise.

They can also work with other creatives or entities as long as it does not conflict with contracted obligations.

What is the long-term vision behind the relationship?

Youbble Records is focused on sustainable artist development, skill-building, visibility, and long-term creative ownership.

The relationship works best when both sides are aligned on values and long-term growth, not just short-term outcomes.
